We will issue a full refund (less the shipping fees) upon receipt of items returned within 30 days of delivery that are in NEW condition. Items must be in their original condition with factory packaging seals, literature, warranty and registration intact / unopened!
We will either issue a full refund or send a new replacement within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged by the shipping carrier or factory defective merchandise, furthermore we may also issue a prepaid return label to the customer for the defective or damage item. Please check the merchandise upon receipt for any damage or defect, and notify us immediately of any problems. NOTE: The damaged or defective item will need to be returned first before the new replacement is shipped or a refund issued!
If parts are missing from any item, we will contact the manufacturer to have the missing parts delivered to you.
We can NOT exchange items for other merchandise. Please return the item as described above for a refund - a second order should be placed for the new item.
We require that you contact us via email FIRST before initiating any returns -- instructions on how to proceed will then follow.
All products, unless otherwise noted, are backed by the manufacturer's warranty so you can feel confident that your purchase is protected in the unlikely event that a manufacturing problem develops after the 30-day return period. Please read the manufacturers warranty upon receiving your item.
