Standard Shipping Rates:
As per our shipping schedule, a base rate of $4.49 is charged on each order or shipment.  An additional $0.40 per pound is applied to the $4.49 base rate using the cumulative or total weight for all items purchased from US Value Store that are included in an order or shipment.  See the product listing for an item's shipping weight. 

Exceptions to the Standard Shipping Rates:
All items for sale by US VALUE STORE will follow the "Standard Shipping Rates" calculation explained above and in the table with the exception of select items that offer fixed shipping specials.  These select items have fixed prices that fall below the "Standard Shipping Rates", which start at a base rate of $4.49.  Such items with shipping specials at the lower price do not adhere to our standard shipping policy or the Amazon Shipping calculator / system program of the Standard Shipping Rates Table.  As a result, the shipping charge for these items offering specials are fixed and will not adjust according to weight when multiple items are purchased that have fixed shipping rates that fall below the $4.49 base.  If multiple items are purchased of the same kind or with fixed rates (e.g., three or more of the same item), please contact us immediately after completing your purchase to adjust the shipping charge according to the actual package weight.  Please allow us 24 - 48 hours to complete the refund, which will be issued once the tracking information is made available.  Please write to us at:  contact@usvaluestore.com
